- 2 cucumbers (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- dried mint flakes
- salt
Preparation
- Stir all the ingredients
- Serve with more dried mint sprinkled on top

We eat this cold soup / appetizer with bulgur pilafs especially with chicken bulgur pilaf.
