Applesauce
Apple sauce
Ingredients
- 3 apples (peeled, cored, chopped)
- 1 or 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation
In a saucepan
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Cook on low heat until it becomes thick. Do not stir.
Using a stick blender
- Blend the mixture while still on the stove or while still hot.
In an airtight jar
- Pour the sauce in the jar while still hot.
- Close the lid well.
Storing
- Store in the fridge.
